Access for every learner and educator
Maynard Protocol Systems is being developed and tested toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA so people can use the public website and core application workflows with keyboards, screen readers, magnification, and other assistive technology.
Last updated August 8, 2026Accessibility features
- Skip links, semantic headings, landmarks, and programmatically named controls.
- Keyboard operation and visible focus indicators for shared navigation, dialogs, forms, recording controls, and primary actions.
- Status and error announcements that do not depend on color alone.
- Reduced-motion and Windows forced-colors support.
- Responsive layouts intended to remain usable with browser zoom and narrow screens.
- Transcripts and timestamp-linked text for processed evaluation recordings when available.
Media and documents
Institutions are responsible for ensuring that instructional media and documents they upload have the captions, transcripts, audio description, accessible formatting, or alternate versions required for their learners and use. Automated transcripts can contain errors and should be reviewed when they are used as an accommodation or official record.
Known limits and ongoing testing
Accessibility is an ongoing quality process, not a one-time certification. Complex evaluation, media, map, signature, and data-grid workflows require continued keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and user testing. Third-party players, maps, payment pages, generated PDFs, and customer-provided files may have accessibility behavior outside the application’s direct control.
Request help or report a barrier
If a feature, document, video, or workflow is difficult to use, email support@maynardprotocol.com. Include the page or task, the barrier encountered, and the assistive technology or browser being used when you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include passwords, recordings, student records, or other sensitive information in ordinary email.
Maynard Protocol Systems will work with the user and institution to provide a reasonable accessible alternative while the underlying barrier is reviewed.
