Terms of Service
Terms governing access to the Maynard Protocol Systems education and program-management platform.
Effective July 1, 20261. Agreement and authorized use
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, the customer agrees to these Terms and represents that the person establishing the account is authorized to act for the institution or organization identified at checkout.
The service is intended for authorized education, simulation, quality-improvement, and program-administration activities. Customers are responsible for their users, local policies, required consents, and lawful use of student and institutional information.
2. Educational decision support
Scenario generation, Comprehensive Scope of Practice-related tools, transcription, AI-assisted analysis, critical-criteria review, accreditation tracking, and remediation features support—not replace—qualified faculty judgment. Instructors, program directors, medical directors, and institutions remain responsible for clinical accuracy, scoring, progression, remediation, accreditation submissions, and final academic decisions.
The service does not provide medical care, legal advice, accreditation approval, or a guarantee of certification, licensure, program outcomes, or accreditation status.
3. Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate information, maintain password confidentiality, use only assigned access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Customers must remove access when a user no longer requires it. Attempting to bypass account, usage, payment, role, or institutional boundaries is prohibited.
4. Customer content
Customers retain responsibility for content they submit. The customer grants Maynard Protocol Systems permission to process that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. Customers must not upload content they lack authority to process.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Prices, allowances, account limits, billing periods, pilot conversion, and renewal terms are shown at checkout and in the Subscription Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Custom agreements are governed by their written order terms.
6. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability and data integrity, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve security, reliability, legal compliance, or usability. Material changes affecting paid service will be communicated when reasonably practicable.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment after any stated grace period, security threats, unlawful activity, material breach, or use that risks other customers or the platform. Customers may cancel as described in the Subscription Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Customers must independently verify AI output, generated scenarios, transcriptions, calculations, accreditation materials, and reports before relying on them.
9. Contact and changes
Questions may be submitted through the Support page. Updated Terms will show a revised effective date.
