The basic workflow

1Capture evidence

Record or upload audio, paste narrative notes, attach supporting files, choose or build a scenario, and document what was observed.

2AI organizes

The system supports transcription, evidence grouping, Comprehensive Scope of Practice-based analysis, critical-criteria review, Trust Assessment reasoning, and draft feedback.

3Faculty decides

Instructors review, edit, override when justified, finalize the official result, and decide what feedback is released to the student.

4Program improves

Completed work rolls up into student files, trend dashboards, remediation tracking, instructor consistency review, and accreditation evidence.

What each role sees

Instructors

Create evaluations, record audio, use saved scenarios, review transcripts, run assisted analysis, finalize scoring, release feedback, and use Comprehensive Scope of Practice testing tools.

Students

See released feedback, progress requirements, training tools, resource surveys, instructor surveys, remediation direction, and useful learning links.

Program Directors / Admins

Monitor program performance, cohorts, requirements, student files, instructor consistency, billing limits, user access, and evidence readiness.

Medical Directors

Review program quality signals, student completion, validation cases, and terminal competency evidence where the institution uses that workflow.

Scenario Builder and included processing

Scenario Builder lets authorized users create structured Comprehensive Scope of Practice scenarios that can be used during evaluations. Normal use is included within the institution’s subscription allowance.

Included scenario allowance

Each plan includes a practical scenario-generation allowance managed as part of the institution subscription.

Institutions are not asked to buy scenario-credit bundles. If usage is unusually high, Maynard Protocol Systems reviews the overall plan with the institution.
